Jonathan Ende, CFA
Jonathan Ende is the Founder and Managing Member of Ende Capital Group and has twenty years of experience in the securities industry with a deep background in derivatives structuring and marketing across a number of asset classes. Jonathan was previously at Lehman Brothers, where he joined in 2001 as Head of Structured Finance for Hedge Funds. While at Lehman, Jonathan built their Private Convertible Business (PIPEs) and spearheaded the U.S. Fund-Linked Structured Products Business. Prior to Lehman, Jonathan was a Managing Director at Bear Stearns where he was the senior member of the Equity Derivatives Hedge Fund Coverage Team. Jonathan also worked at Salomon Brothers in Fixed Income Capital Markets and at Bankers Trust in Equity and Fund-Linked Derivatives.

Jonathan has a bachelors degree in Economics from Duke University and is a CFA charter holder. Jonathan holds NASD series 24, 7 and 63 licenses and is registered with Gar Wood Securities, LLC.
